Money Blocks Lessons, Activities, and Games
Money Blocks build early financial literacy by helping students understand money through hands-on learning. Each Money Block represents a specific U.S. coin or dollar value, allowing students to see, build, compare, and reason about money as a quantity—not just as symbols.
This digital course includes ten short, sequential lessons that provide review, examples, and guided practice. It also includes games that reinforce each concept and optional Level It Up challenges to extend learning. Lessons are brief and instructor-guided, with pacing based on instructor observation and student readiness.
Note: The Money Blocks manipulatives are a supplemental resource and are not a replacement for the Integer Blocks used in core Math-U-See levels.
